Message: The Gaithersburg location is fantastic for what they offer. There are, obviously, caps to view and they offer trailers, hitches, bed covers, liners, etc. They offer catalog ordering of caps for a customized design experience. They have a sitting area with a TV to relax while you wait for your work to be completed, if that's your preference. There are restaurants nearby, if you don't mind a 5 - 10 minute walk. Professional staff are available to answer any questions. Allison was the rep I interacted with and she is very knowledgeable on caps and the hitch I bought. I'll probably go back for a hitch bike rack (yes, they have those too) or a trailer in the future.

Message: Thank you Cap World for helping us get our truck outfitted. The cap made all the difference. 4 people and three dogs was too much for our Ram 2500 cab. The dogs rode in their kennels under the cap and were super cozy. The cap was leak free and with a little pipe insulation air tight passage to cab. 5000 miles a wonderful adventure. The ARE cap fit and finish is top notch. We love how it looks. A true adventure rig. Special thanks to Avery for a clean install and Alli her product expertise. Both made our visit great. Message: Cap World in Gaithersburg, MD is awesome! I recently purchased a 3rd Gen. Tacoma and looking for a BAKflip MX4. Due to COVID-19 they were extremely hard to find. Cap World was able to order one for me and install it all within a weeks time. Flawless service and install. The staff there is great and will walk you through the features of the cover. They have installed the BAKflip covers on all my trucks and will keep coming here for as long as they are around. I would strongly recommend Cap World to family and friends. Thank you!
